Kgosidintsi a Motswasele, Sebele II’s uncle. He groomed Sebele II in Setswana law and culture which invariably included rainmaking, regiment formations and initiations of the young into manhood etc. Sebele I was banished from his kingdom by colonial admisnistrators after they accused him of hanging onto the past and hindering progress. They wanted a stooge in his place. In the above picture caption the colonialists branded Kgosidintsi a heathen because of his belief in his culture.
