Do the Kikuyu people originate from Congo?
Traditionally, it is thought that the Kikuyu tribe, who speak Bantu, migrated from Congo alongside related tribes such as the Kisii, Kamba, and Luhya. Presently, the Kikuyu reside in the Mt. Kenya area alongside linguistically similar groups like the Meru, Kirinyaga, Embu, and Mbeere.
