The surname Moabelo literally means to distribute wealth to the most less fortunate including the poorest of the poor, downtrodden, marginalised and the most vulnerable in society. Our motto is that we believe in sharing.
Our totem name is a sparrow bird ‘Bakone ba ntshi dikgolo baila hlanhlagane nonyane e pududu’ we do not eat it because we hold it in high regard.
