UMepho wazala uNkungu noFaku. UNkungu kaMepho umuzi wakhe omkhulu kwakuseSinyameni lapho azala khona indlalifa yakhe uNdlokolo. Waphinde wazala kwenye indlu uHlangabeza unina owalotsholwa ngezinkomo zakwabo Faku umfowabo. Lokhu kwenziwa ngukuthi kwakuthi uma uNkungu efikile kwabo kaFaku alale elawini.

Kwathi uma sekufanele kubuse uNdlokolo kaNkungu ngaphambi kwempi kaLangalibalele ngowe 1873, isizwe sehlukana kabili yize wayethathwa njengendlalifa kaNkungu. Yena wasala ehola ingxenyana encane ngaseMngeni. Ingxenye enkulu yazimbandakanya noHlangabeza.
Imbangela yakho konke lokhu kwaba yile: uNdlokolo wazalwa eyinxele. AbakwaNgcolosi kusukela ekufikeni kwabo lapha bevela lapho kwagcina kuseSwazini khona, babekholelwa isaga esithi: “inxele aliwakhi umuzi.”

Indlalifa yakhe kwakungu Vika yena owazala uDinabakubo ozala inkosi uBhekisisa Felix obusa isizwe esincikene nesaseMaphephetheni nesakwaNgcobo eThekwini hhayi kwaNtunjambili eManzalathi lapho umzukulu kaHlangabeza ebusa khona.
Ngenkathi kubheduka impi yamaNgisi namaBhunu [1899-1902], isizwe sakwaNgcolosi ngaphansi kukaHlangabeza sacindezelwa kakhulu ngabaphathi bezempi yamaNgisi ukuthi sikhiphe amadoda ayezohamba nezinqola zempi ezazithwalela amasotsha ukudla nezinye izimpahla ezazidingeka empini.
