With over 25 years IT experience, founded Adapt IT as black-owned SME and grew it into successful ICT business. Effected listing of Adapt IT onto JSE through merger with InfoWave Holdings in 2007. Served as CEO and Director from January 2008 until August 2021. Holds Bachelor of Commerce degree and postgraduate diploma in Financial Information Systems. Experienced in project management and implementation of Oracle applications across various African countries.

In 2025, he was invited to Tanzania by King Mgendela Gama of the Ngoni tribe to teach Zulu culture to the youth of the Ngoni people, who are descendants of King Zwangendaba—a general who fled KwaZulu-Natal during King Shaka’s rule. He performed at the Bulabo Cultural Festival in Mwanza Province, where Tanzania’s President Samia Suluhu Hassan was so impressed she requested a photo with him. He had previously been hosted by Ngoni royals in Zambia, continuing the cultural connection between Zulu descendants across Southern Africa.
