Mnyamane surname originates from the province of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. It is a Zulu surname for the descendents of the fouth Chief called Mnyamane (the son of Ngqengelele) who was the right hand man of King Dinuzulu (the fourth King to be King of Zulu nation in the lineage of King Shaka).
