  1. I am Dlamini kaJama kaSjadu kaFakade kaGoqolo kaNtabuyanyuka kaNgxibinoboya by a simplified clan praises descending from the Fengu(Mfengu) people.
Originally the Fengu people (in the Xhosa language Mfengu people or plural amaMfengu) refers to a variety of ethnic groups of people who fled from the Mfecane to enter into various Xhosa speaking areas, but now often considered to have assimilated into the Xhosa people whose language they now speak. The term Mfengu is derived from the verb “ukumfenguza” which means to wander around seeking service, like the Bhaca,Bhele,Hlubi and Dlamini people were formed up from the tribes that were broken up and dispersed by Tshaka(Chaka) and his Zulu armies in the Mfecane wars Most of them fled westwards and settled amongst the Xhosa. After years of oppression from the Gcaleka tribe (Xhosa) who called them their dogs in the 1820s they formed an alliance with the Cape government in 1835s and sir Benjamin d’Urban invited over 17 000 to settle down in the banks of Great Fresh River in the region that later became Ciskei . Some argue about the traditional narrative of the Mfengu people as refugees of the Mfecane wars as unrealistic fact, saying it is a lie. They therefore claim that they were constructed by the colonial government, missionaries and administrators. By all means coming to the Ngxola surname which falls under the Dlamini Clan , most of the Ngxola surname is mostly found in South Africa amongst Xhosa tribes.Of which many surnames comes from the names of people who were heads of the family, Ngxola leads back to Dlamini.
