Mandlenkosi Sikobi
Ngutshana(Small blanket) and Ntshangase were twin brothers whose father was Msuthu, their grandfather was Ntamonde the son of King Sabela from Lesotho across Nsuze near Umvoti in KwaZulu Natal : Ngutshana bore Khalimazime/Hala, who bore Makhalendlovu -.Nqwanda- Phapha- Msengeshe – Myeki who gave birth to Sikobi as his 1st Son in Natal Portshepstone in Nsimbili location and Sikobi gave birth to Mbheshu and Gama
Mbheshu’s lineage : Mjabile, Bhabile, Nkanjeni, Mcikeli, Ntshontsho.
Ntshontsho’s lineage is as follows:

MD Sikobi
Sikobi was the first son of mr Madikizela whose father’s were from the descendants of Papa,Nqwanda,Makhalendlovu, Msengesha, Ngutshane who was a twin brother of Ntshangase who moved from the Area called Izotsha before named Portshepstone because of hunting to Eastern Cape.
Their Father’s name was Msuthu who was Chief ruling from Portshepstone , Margate, Izingolweni up to Harding.
After Msuthu’s death His first born was suppose to take over as the Chief but due to his commitment of being a hunter He couldn’t assume this Chieftancy, his brother also followed Him to Eastern Cape leaving Xolo who came after the twins and who took such chieftaincy.
Msuthu’s Sons were: Ntshangase; Ngutshana, Xolo, Slangwe, Machi, and Jali.
Let us come back to Sikobi( Madikizela’s Son)
His mother was born in the royal house of Chief Mavundla of Insimbini location before it was named Gamalakhe.
Sikobi gave birth to Mbheshu
Mbheshu had Five Sons and the sixth one was adopted from Xolo.
