Makhubedu clan Praises

Makhubedu brief history:

Like any other African clan history, the Makhubedu story is interesting. Descending from Morale aka Chiloane was an albino child given birth to by one of Chiloane’s wives. When Chiloane saw that his child was albino, he had the child killed as he was worried about what people would say. The same wife continued giving birth to albino children and Chiloane didn’t stop killing the children until the wife was fed up and decided to run for shelter in a cave from her brutal husband to hide her child. When the child grew, he/she wanted to go out of the cave to see the world. When he/she did, he was teased because of his/her skin colour and was called Makhubedu. In Northern Sotho khubedu means red. Hence the name Makhubedu. His descendants then used that surname. Note that I am not sure about the gender of the child and I have a feeling that I missed a part of the story.
